Now question...what can I do when I have a question from one of my bidders (she say she can't pay through paypal or credit card - sadly AFTER bidding on it) but when I try to send her an email - through reply to hers or even through her ID on ebay - its coming back because there is "fatal error" in email adress????? What can I do than?

ANd yes... of course... most important... WONDERFUL MORNING EVERYBODY!!! :)

Get her contact info from ebay and give her a call.
OR
Wait a day or two, her email could just be clogged up at the moment.

I always give my customers seven days to respond. If they don't contact me or start the payment process, I file the first NBP form. Usually that clears up the problem. If they still don't pay me, then I file to get my fees back and block the person from bidding on my art/jewelry again.

You seem to be having some bad luck with the bidders and I'm sorry to hear that. If someone bids on your work, they are entering into a contract with you to purchase the piece...they should simply be following through with the purchase...not giving you the run around. Stick to your guns, girl. Don't let these bidders push you around. You are entitled to your money for your labor.
